The instant course link is sent to you by the instructors. For example; https://test.pathoclass.com/join/V_TWT8WXKX6LKALKE copy and paste the link to your address bar to join the course.

8. I cannot hear the instructor's voice during a live course. Why?

Check that your own computer sound is turned up. Then, in the live collabration, you should check the instructor's microphone from the black box where the instructor's name is located.

9. Does the instructor know that I am online in the live course?

In the live course, instructors can see the people who are online on the right panel. The total time spent in the course is recorded.

10. I am getting an 'Internal Server Error'. What should I do?

Wait around 10 seconds and refresh the page using Ctrl + Shift + R.

11. Who will see the annotations I draw?

The annotations you draw as a student can only be seen by your instructors.

12. What is the 'Files' part for?

It allows your course-related documents (.png,.jpeg,.docx, etc.) to be uploaded to this tab and opened as a pop-up.
